What is a Building Floor Area Survey?
Surveys of Building Floor Areas are typically measured using the recommended guides under *Method of Measurement for lettable area, Property Council of Australia handbook. Despite these recommendations and definitions contained within the handbook, the definition of leased areas may also be determined by agreement with all parties, but we would certainly recommend and default to the generally accepted standards.
